Inspired by their love of chocolate, Diana Ocasio and Andrea Lanzetta founded Tempered Chocolates in 2023. The pair received professional chocolatier training through Canadian institution Ecole Chocolate and Chicago-based The Chocolate Academy. Aunt and niece teamed up to create crafted and scrumptious chocolates to satisfy your every craving.

Our handmade chocolates are created through a process called tempering.

By heating chocolate to a precise temperature and then cooling it in a controlled manner,

beta crystals are formed resulting in chocolate that is smooth, shiny and delicious along with

a satisfying snap!
